1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drealence Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination terms are specified in individual project agreements.
